Networking is an integral part of inner Beauty by CJ’s mission to build Confidence, Connections & Success.
After becoming a Holistic Life Coach, I facilitated an Empowered Girl’s Rise Rally to middle and high school girls. I wanted to keep the momentum going after seeing the energy and empowerment that was generated from the day's event. With the encouragement of one of the Rally's presenters Bridget Oei Miss CT 2018, I then formed Passion, Power & Purpose Networking Group, which is now called Inner Beauty by CJ Networking.
*Passion is having a strong desire for something you truly believe in
*Power is having strength to do something about it
*Purpose is your "WHY" you want to do something
Needless to say Bridget Oei was as a speaker at my 2nd Passion, Power & Purpose Networking meeting.

Networking in the Aesthetic Industry is important to me as well. My philosophy is that life is not a competition, we all gain strength and wisdom even if it is while we are working in the same profession. Being a member of SPA HIVE- Spa Professional's Community allows me to gain knowledge, community and mentorship. At Foxwoods Casino, l presented a Vision Board Workshop for Member Appreciation Day.
