I am Carol Jurzyk, a Spa Wellness ,Holistic, Transformational Coach, Licensed Aesthetician, Networker, Gardener and Founder of inner Beauty by CJ and inner Beauty by CJ Networking.
 
Beauty and strength come from within, that’s why I named my business inner Beauty by CJ.  I truly have a passion to help women gain confidence and be comfortable in their own skin.
 
Growing up I did not have a support system to help build my confidence. Finding myself was first and far most important in order gain confidence.  Who am I?  Who do I want to be?  I would always ask permission because of that lack of confidence.  I realized that I had to find my voice.  I took the power into my own hands to challenge myself to try harder, take opportunities that would improve my self esteem and help me grow as a person. As I grew as a person, I could help others grow as well. 
 
Over the years I have built my confidence by building other people’s confidence. People remember what you say and how you make them feel.   As a Licensed Aesthetician and Life Coach,  I help women overcome their insecurities.  A client came to me with low self esteem and skin issues.  When she completed her services she said “Carol continue to do what you do because you truly changed my life.”
 
My life’s purpose is to share with others how to live a life that they confidently love.

It is my passion in aesthetics, gardening and nurturing others that brings me on a journey with inner Beauty by CJ  to offer Life Coaching services, workshops and wellness products that will help you transform your life to feel and look more confident.
